Owner Shaid Kahn of the Jacksonville Jaguars has decided to relocate his franchise to Las Vegas. Many were speculating the team might relocate to either Los Angeles or to London but instead Shahid Kahn chose Las Vegas for the new Las Vegas Jacks.
